The Arena Animation Academy Preet Vihar offers a Web Design course: Graphics, Web Design and Development (GWDD), that  lasts for 13 months (2 hours a day for 3 days a week). The course has fast-track options available based on the needs of the students for up to one month. The course cost around INR 1.0 Lacs - INR 1.50 lakh. The course fee at Dice Academy is between 35, 000 INR to 70,000 INR. For certification course in advanced web design, the fee structure ranges from 10,000- 40,000. For diploma course it is between 25,000 to 2L INR. Course fee for the course varies according to level and duration. Online learning program for the same costs 16,000 INR. It's a 2 month course. According to my opinion, you should do online web designing course. There are many choice to select the best web designing platform to learn web designing. Some course provider platform are free of cost and some are paid and you can get the certificate too. You should learn from udemy or lynda.

The fee structure varies from institution to institution , course to course, cities to cities etc. Hence it is good if 1st you select where , which institute & which course of what duration .
