Yes, Western Illinois University have residence halls/dorm for international students. Infact, all WIU undergraduate students must live on-campus (in the residence halls/dorms) for their first four semesters, or until they have completed 60 credit hours. International students may be exempt from this criteria if they are married or are 24 years old or older.
