The Wilkes University aims to ensure providing multiple cuisine options for the students to choose from alongside being committed to providing sustainable and nutritious meals. The University allows the students to sign up for a meal plan that best fits their lifestyle and palate. The tuition fee does not include the meal plan offered by the university. Residence hall and meal plan charges are paid separately.

Wilkes University offers three housing options for students to choose from, a traditional hall, an apartment, or even a mansion that the students can decorate and style as per their choice. The residence halls ensure the safety of all students with its hard-wired alarm systems, security screens, and door locks with each building having an assigned Resident Assistant.
