Hello Mohammed,
I strongly advise that one should stay away from even the thoughts of doing any course via distance education that requires extensive practicals. You can think of doing any of the courses by distance that are available other than those requiring practicals.

This means, your basic qualification is 12th only. So, you can pursue B.Sc or BA, etc. Or, you can apply for Diploma (3 years) course.
