First of all make sure that the college you have selected provides the specializations you are looking for, because when I went through the Wisdom School of management I could not find about forensic science. And, coming to the course fees it does not cost you more than INR. 41,000.

Wisdom School of Management, Lucknow has BBA in various stream, In which few are as under. But BBA IT is not there. 1. BBA in Computer application 2. BBA in Telecom management 3. BBA in Applied management.

I am sorry to say but 12th certificate is very important in getting the admissions. You can probably write the exam again and get the qualifying certificate.
