Once they have registered, their applications are evaluated. WCC shortlists candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates are offered a seat in any of the UG or PG programme of WCC based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Departments shortlist eligible candidates according to merit in various categories and send it to the Scrutiny Committee. The college releases a selection list for each course to announce the names of shortlisted aspirants. Once the selection process is done, selected candidates are called for document verification.
