These all exams are for MBA course. Different Universities and colleges have different admission criteria. Some take through CAT and some through MAT. Maximum universities and colleges take admission based on CAT and MAT score. XAT is for admission in FMS Delhi. GMAT is mostly for those who want to study MBA abroad. So you can choose according to your goals.

Yes, you can apply for MBA in operations management as well as other fields of MBA if you want. Top B-Schools like IIMs, Xavier's, NMIMS, Great Lakes-Chennai, IMT, etc. accept CAT and XAT but NMIMS only accepts NMAT.

Yes definitely you can apply XIME through MAT and the current cutoff will be 70 percentile. If you have MAT score then you need not attend XAT and CAT but it would be good if you could appear for all those exams to increase your chances of getting 70 percentile.

The time span doesn't really matter, but the dedication matters.
CAT is not an easy nut to crack.
You will have to give your best to pass through it with flying colors.
MAT is an easy option as its difficulty level is below CAT.

Hi,
Getting a good score in all the mentioned examinations will require thorough preparation and hard work. No examination is easy and all have strong competition among candidates.
