The general cut off is between 80 - 85 percentile. I would suggest that you use score for other exams (MH CET, CMAT, etc) in which you've better score. If you don't, you can still apply with this score, and keep your options open for other PGDM courses (Retail, E-Biz, Health Care Management, Rural Management,etc) too.

When XLRI ask to submit the marksheet, then you should submit all the marksheets which prove that you have passed the course. So, the backlog sheets are not necessary.

NO, there is not minimum percentage required in graduation to be eligible to appear for XAT.

No preference is given to any exam. It selection is purely based on merit and your performance in the GD-Pi. Entrance exam scores are just to establish an eligibilty criteria and have less weightage compared to the GD-PI when it comes to final selection.
