Premier B-Schools have atleast 50% criteria. My suggestion to you is to either go for correction or opt for distance MBA.

Welingkar might be a good option for you. But, if this is your first attempt at CAT or XAT, there is nothing to get disheartened. Get some work experience and come back again at CAT and XAT because you'll get a dream college from these exams only. I hope you've heard King Bruce and the spider's story. So, try and try until you succeed.

Congralutions on your marks Aarsh and also converting IMI Bhubaneswar. There are many colleges which takes Xat Score and according to me IMI Bhuaneswar is one of the best b-school in those.

Read newspapers, good novels to improve your reading speed and skilll. On top of that join any good mock test series for practise. They provide you with enough questions to practise
