For admission in certification course, you need to have appeared for either XAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT or CAT without which admission won't be possible.

Very low chance.
If you have domicile, then good opportunity but due to non-domicile very little chance. 27 months of work experience will give you chance to get a call for GD PI.

Try appearing in May MAT 2019 and secure more marks in as higher marks in the entrance test increases the chances for a good college. Thus, as per your score, I would say that you apply for ICFAI University, Agartala.
