You should have a gentle reason like if there was some serious issue because of which you backed. Else, they will definitely give priorities to a 3 year but yes, keep you score very good to give a good impression in front of faculties.

Yes of course you can get admission. Work experience doesn't matter that much when you are opting for admission. You need to study hard to get a good score in XAT and then you need to give good GDPI to convert the call.

Anshita it's really difficult that you will get b school as your graduation marks are much lower and it's requirement for eligibility is that you must have to 50% in graduation I will suggest you to try your best and prepare well for XAT and MAT hope this will help you to get admission in good college.
