Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Noida and XIME, Bangalore are equally good institutes. BIMTECH is better ranked than XIME. Some of the important points while selecting an institute are accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records, tuition fees, city preference, and industry interface. As both, the institutes are having the campus in different cities Bangalore and Delhi, industry exposure is good for students in either of the college. The placement for PGDM 2015-17 batch started on December 13, 2016 in XIME, Bangalore. As of now 218 out of a total 227 students are placed. (94%) with an average package of Rs.6.50 lakhs. Nearly 70 reputed companies have recruited students so far. Highest salary offered is Rs 11.27 lakhs.
Placement status of 2017:-
1. Percentage of students placed - 96%.
2. Highest CTC 11.27 lakhs per annum.
3. Average CTC 6.7 lakhs per annum.
4. Median CTC 6.5 lakhs per annum.
Placement status of 2016:-
1. Percentage of students placed - 100%.
2. Highest CTC 12 lakhs per annum.
3. Average CTC 6.55 lakhs per annum.
