XIME Kochi admission process includes multiple-steps. Candidates have to first register for the course online by paying an application fee. Aspirants also need to submit a valid entrance exam score. The institute accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. for admission. Selected candidates are further called for a group discussion and personal interview round for final selection. Once selected, aspirants are informed about their admission in the institute.

For XIME admissions, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria and clear the entrance examination. Moreover, for PGDM course admissions, candidates are shortlisted based on XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ GMAT followed by a GDPI round. Further, candidates should have done Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST). Similarly, for Ph.D. courses candidates should have done master's degree or Diploma or M.Phil with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST).
