Xavier Institute of Management and Research has a structured placement process that is for various management courses.  There is a placement process: pre-placement talk in which companies conduct PPTs to introduce their profiles and job roles, interested students can apply after PPT, and after that companies shortlist candidates and conduct selection rounds.

Admission dates for Xavier Institute of Management and Research (XIMR), Mumbai, are normally aligned with MAT calendar. The last date for the exam have not been releaed yet. The college for a two-year MBA/PGDM course. To be eligible for the course and the exam, the candidate need to have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation in a relevant stream.
