Yes, XISS Ranchi does have scholarship programme for the UG courses. The merit scholarship are awarded to those students who have obtained high grades in their 10 + 2 examination. Any candidate with 80% marks and above will be eligible for a scholarship of INR 10,000 PA and candidate with marks from 75% to 79.99% for a scholarship of INR 5,000 PA. Further, there are also scholarships given to candidates who belong to economically weaker section and they take up the 10 percent of total seats. The scholarship amount varies in the bracket of INR 20,000 – INR 50,000 for per annum.

XISS Ranchi has some of the best courses it offers; however, the best course varies depending on the learner's areas of specialty and career aspirations. The most sort out programme is the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM, ) which is offered in specialisation areas including Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Finance, and Marketing. The eligibility criteria for certificate courses at XISS is:Ranchi accepts CAT scores for management programmes, the upcoming 2023-25 batch cutoff will be released soon after CAT results. In 2022 for 2022-2024 batch, CAT eligible cutoff was 60 for HR, 25 for PGDM-RM, 35 (Percentile) for PGDM-FM 35 percentile, and for the XAT also, cutoff was 60.
