XISS is reputed and 60 years old renowned institute. With time, the quality has been increased in every aspect. Every year, good number of recruiters come for placements and internship. Placements generally starts from October i.e. from 5th trimester.

Hi Madhavi,
XISS is known for its two major courses RM & HRM. Finance is also good but not as expected. One can expect 100% placement there.

Hi Rashmi,
Thank you for asking this question as most of the candidates must be in dilemma. Firstly, for GD round, do get aware of all the current events and major changes in economy and do read newspaper for this. While GD speak only the relevant points.
For PI round revise your area of study and basic concepts of subject and the course you have chosen and reason for same.
Lastly, be confident in whatever you speak.

Hi Soumya, the selection is based on the overall performance in past academic record (10%), entrance test score (50%), GD (15%) and PI including writing skills (20%).
So good luck for GD-PI round.
