NIBM is known for banking and insurance. If you are interested in finance related subjects than it is good.
XISS is known for HR, if you have prior experience of work with NGO or HR team of any organization or you have keen interest in HR than it is good.

Yes, you can a seat in Christ University, but XIME and XISS are better institutes for MBA than Christ University. So, prefer XIME and XISS.

As per last year's record, RM had 100% placements with average Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum and HR 80% with average Rs 15 lakhs per annum, Marketing had 75% with Rs 5 lakhs per annum, IT had 80% with Rs 5 lakhs per annum, Finance had 75% with average Rs 5 lakhs per annum.

All XISS don't consider MAT score for admission. XISS consider CMAT/CAT/XAT score for the admission.
Last year CMAT cut off was 80 percerntile (GENERAL CATEGORY) and you do have time for CMAT exam to tighten your seat belt and go for it.
