Both Xavier school of commerce and BJB college are good at their respective fields.Xavier school of commerce being a private college provides various courses infrastructure and faculty assistance to the students. But BJB being autonomous college defence on both government as well as private sector for their funding which hinders the overall development of a student both in academic as well as interpersonal skills.

Xavier school of commerce or  Xavier University offers variety of management courses like BBA, MBA, PGDM, etc. MBA course has the highest demand here. Xavier school of commerce offers MBA in HR marketing and finance. MBA students get placed in multinational companies each year with package ranging up to INR 36 LPA.

Xavier school of commerce or Xavier University of Bhubaneswar is a prestige institute in Southern India offering various management courses, like BBA, MBA etc. Placement statistics are also good here. Almost 70-80% students get placed each year with the highest package ranging to INR 36 LPA and average package of INR 3 to 4 LPA.

Xavier School of Commerce at Bhubaneswar offer several scholarships program for B.Com students, which includes merit scholarships, scholarships for students from under represented groups and scholarships for students who score well in their +2 exam. Xavier University also consider students for additional scholarship based on their major, community service environment, commitment to diversity and artistic talent. The scholarship helps the student very much in financially and also while getting placed in a company. There are some more scholarship offered by the University and the college.

For (BBM)program Xavier School of commerce at Xavier University Bhubaneswar is little bit expensive and some says that it's not worth the money how were the university provide scholarship to the students and also give nice placement to the students. Companies also give a nice offer to the students, big recruitry companies also came for hiring students in their companies. If we will see the fees of the course it's not worth the money but we can enroll in this college because it's a good college for student.

So for taking admission into Xavier School of Commerce at Xavier University Bhubaneswar for master of Business Finance you must have a Bachelors Degree from and institution some colleges may I require a minimum aggregate of 50% for general candidate and 45% for SC ST candidates and also you may need to take an entrance exam like the graduate management Admission Test(GMAT) or the graduate record exam(GRE). There are also some more criteria for admission in this university which you will get on the website.
