Your chances are very high of scoring above 99 percentile in CAT/XAT and cracking the GD/PI of the IIMs or XLRI.

Being a reputed B-school, ranked under the top ten in India, there won't be any admission via the management quota in XLRI Jamshedpur, or any other top ranked B-school for that matter.

I would like to thank everyone for providing me this opportunity for answering this question. The same question puzzled & boggled my mind when I was about to enter Xavier's Labor Relations Institute. I directly asked this question in the classroom to the dean Dr. Asish K. Pani he smiled & said we do not provide any placements to the candidates,the organization comes & hire candidates. XLRI is the oldest B-School in the country which was established in 1949.
As per the placement report-
1) There was a 17% increase in the number of new roles offered to students as compared to other previous year.
2) The average salary offered was Rs 19.21la

Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and XLRI, Jamshedpur are two top class premier B-School in the country.They are in the same league as they both have the ability and tie-up with many big firms who are recruiting their students for placement. Also their top class faculty and infrastructure enable the student to excel in the field of management.

Yes, you can. Prepare accordingly and apply. In BBA you need to have 55% for applying in XAT.
