Yes, the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) offered at XLRI Jamshedpur is recognised as equivalent to the PhD course of an Indian University by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). XLRI FPM eligibility criteria is to have a BE/BTech degree or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education. Candidates are also required to pass Class 12 or any equivalent examinations. Two years of relevant work experience is also compulsory for admission to the FPM course at XLRI.
