The university offers ample facilities for the students.The college offers seperate hostel facilities for both boys and girls with an accomodating capacity of 500 each.The boys hostel rooms are provided with the basic amenities, attached mess, TV room, recreation room, basketball, volleyball courts and visitors area. CUET is not mandatory for Yenepoya University admission. The university accepts the admission on the basis of merit for UG and PG courses except Medical and Ayurveda programmes. Before applying to Yenepoya University, candidates need to fulfill the eligibilty criteria of their desired course.

Admission to MCA Cyber Security at Yenepoya University is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed graduation in a relevant stream from a reputed university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
