You can not take a certificate as MD as no matter how much experience you do not have an MBBS degree. Please refer to the eligibility criteria to pursue MD:
- Eligibility for the MD course is restricted to those holding the M. B. S. degree. The certification must be from a university that is acknowledged by the Medical Council of India. - Percentage criteria may vary from institute to institute. Sorry, the age limit for NET is not more than 28 years. A relaxation upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC (Non-creamy layer, as per the Central list of OBC available on the website : www.ncbc.nic.in )/SC/ST/PWD categories and to women applicants. Total age relaxation will not exceed five years.
