You have to check the prospectus of the course provided by the institute to get exact information about admission process, syllabus, eligibility criteria, fees etc. But the institute would demand a Bachelors in Nutrition&Dietetics to be eligible.

Hello Banhishikha, Yes, You are eligible to apply for Bio Technical Science subject. The IIT JAM exam is organized for the admission into IIT institutes for M.Sc. And integrated Ph.D. courses. The minimum eligibility to apply for IIT JAM exam is that you must have graduation degree with the subject in minimum 4 sem or 2 years. You must have the deep knowledge of the subject to qualify the exam. Go through the complete syllabus and check the out the important topics on priority for the preparation. Yes, you are eligible to do M.Sc in Nutrition and dietician as you are zoology graduate.
Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc in Nutrition and dietician.
Bachelor's degree (Home Sciences/ Medical/ non-medical/Bio- Sciences) or equivalent or relevant higher qualification.
Almost all the important and reputed colleges offering this course conduct entrance examination.

Yes, generally most of the college would allow, but there are some colleges which do not allow this, in most cases eligibility would be described as Bachelor's directly related to the Masters and equivalent.
