Hello,
None of the IITs are offering M.Sc in Zoology through JAM. You can go for other institutes. There are many institutes that offers M.Sc in Zoology. If you still want to get into IITs, then you can pursue other courses and take IIT JAM subject accordingly. IIT JAM Exam is conducted in 6 subjects:
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Mathematical Science
Geology
Biotechnology
So, you can choose any one or two subjects but it should be conducted in different sessions. Best of Luck.

Hello,
IIT JAM is one of the most the toughest exams conducted in India. But you can easily crack it if you study well. First check the complete syllabus and exam pattern. Plan your preparations accordingly. Refer best books and study materials. Solve as many IIT JAM Previous Year Papers as you can. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Take online mock tests. Learn all the important stuff and make notes of them. As per the rules, you can't. One should take admission in the college immediately after the cut-off is released if it matches your best 4 marks.
