M.Sc. Zoology or Master of Science in Zoology is a 2 years postgraduate degree programme. Zoology is the part of Biology which is the scientific study of animals both living and extinct and their interaction with the ecosystems. This discipline includes animal anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, genetics, evolution, ecology, behaviour and conservation. There are many colleges and universities in India that offer the M.Sc. In Zoology programme. Some colleges offer admission on the basis of graduation marks while highly reputed colleges and universities admit students through entrance tests.

Zoology: Eligibility - The minimum eligibility criterion for a student to take admission in B.Sc. Zoology is that the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12. The candidate should also have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10+2 examinations.
