Candidates should clear graduation in fisheries Science or a related subject with at least 50% - 60% marks in order to meet eligibility criteria for M.F.Sc. Course. Candidates with a BTecg degree are also sometimes eligible for M.F.Sc. Admissions.

Zoology: Eligibility. The minimum eligibility criterion for a student to take admission in B.Sc. Zoology is that the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12th. The candidate should also have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate in 10+2 examinations.
