No, you cannot do a B.Sc in zoology to correct your subjects' combination for TGT teacher after having completed a B.Sc in biotechnology.The eligibility criteria for TGT teacher in most states requires the candidate to have a B.Sc degree with zoology and botany as the main subjects. Since you have already completed a B.Sc in biotechnology, you will not be eligible to apply for TGT teacher posts.However, you can still pursue a career in teaching by doing a B.Ed or M.Ed degree.
