Dear aspirant
The candidate needs to have minimum 50% marks in +2, The college does not conduct any kind of entrance exam, and admission eligibility is based is having merit, 90%& above marks will definitely get the seat.

MSc programmes will be based on merit based on the marks of qualifying examination Candidates must have cleared B.Sc. with 45% marks To be eligible to sit in the CUET students must obtain a minimum 60% of the total marks.

If you score above 97% or 98% percentage marks. Then yes, you are on the safer side. Also, I can't guarantee you at this percentage because the cutoff may depend from year to year based on paper difficulty.
