UCEED is an Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design, which is a national-level exam conducted by IIT Bombay for admission to the BDes programs at several IITs. The syllabus and exam pattern of UCEED is generally the same for every BDes specialization, be it Interior Design or others. Coming back to your question, the UCEED exam can be slightly difficult as it includes concept-based questions, mathematical & analysis, general knowledge, and creativity-related questions. But don't worry, you can revise last year's UCEED question paper to have an overview of questions you can expect in the test.

Hello,No, LPU does not accept UCEED 2018 for admission. LPU conducts its own entrance exam, LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test), for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. While LPU does accept other valid entrance exams for certain programs, UCEED 2018 is not one of the accepted exams for LPU's admissions. For admission to design programs at LPU, you would need to check their specific eligibility criteria, which typically include LPUNEST or other relevant qualifications. If you are interested in pursuing a design program, I recommend checking the official LPU website or

Hi Tarsita, If your identity documents do not have a middle name and you mistakenly added your father's name as your middle name in the UCEED registration, it may cause an issue during document verification. It is advisable to immediately contact the UCEED authorities through their official email or helpline to rectify the mistake.Ensure you provide valid identity proof and request a correction if needed. Early communication can help avoid problems later.Best of luck!

For instance, the general category UCEED 2024 cutoff was 69.89. Apart from that, CEPT also takes into consideration a candidate's HSC score and UCEED performance.

Admission to the B.Des Product Design course at NSIT (Netaji Subhas University of Technology) typically depends on the UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) rank, and each institution sets its own cutoff based on factors like the number of applicants, available seats, and reservation criteria.Given that your open rank is 1685 and All India Rank is 1703, it seems you have a competitive chance, but the exact cutoff for the B.Des Product Design course at NSIT will depend on the specific year's trends. Despite careful preparation it can be quite disheartening to receive subpar outcomes in such a scenario. Although NID and other design colleges generally do not publish individual answer sheets you might get in touch with the exam officials to find out about particular evaluation criteria or feedback. If it's within their policies they might occasionally offer general feedback on the performance. It's crucial to concentrate on the other options such as studying additional coursework in the design-related subjects or getting ready for the upcoming exam cycle if your ward was unable to gain admission based on the results.
