A good British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited undergraduate degree in psychology (at least 2:1)
• Modules in research methods and statistics
• If you do NOT have a BPS accredited undergraduate degree in psychology you will need to include:a) A well-written and thought-out research abstract including a reasonable research question within the field of clinical psychology supported with past literature and translate this into a proposed research project using an appropriate methodology (see below for guidance),.
b) Evidence that you have completed modules in research methods and statistics.

- For applicants who do NOT have a BPS accredited undergraduate degree, wWhen applying, you must outline an idea for an original research project within the area of clinical or health psychology (max 250 words abstract format: Objectives, Design, Methods, Proposed Analysis). You will use this research abstract to demonstrate that you can identify relevant literature/theory on your topic in your Objectives (no reference list is needed), identify a research question and appropriate methodology to test that question. Please write in the format of a journal article abstract. Remember though your idea must be original!
