- Applicant must hold an honours degree at class 2:2 or above in a discipline relevant to built environment such as architecture, building surveying, civil engineering, commercial management, construction management, project management or quantity surveying
- Alternatively, an Honours degree at class 2:2 or above in a non-construction subject with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience in the construction environment, or relevant experience and an appropriate professional qualification such as RICS, RIBA, CIOB, MICE and MIStructE
- An overall average of 3 Year degree (B.COM, BBA, B.SC, BCA etc.) at 60% (or CGPA of 6.0/10) from a recognised Indian university for entry to a relevant postgraduate programme.
- An overall average of 4- or 5-Year degrees (B.E, BTECH, B PHARM, B. ARCH etc.) at 55% (or CGPA of 5.8/10) from a recognised Indian university for entry to a relevant postgraduate programme.
- 50% (or CGPA 5.5/10) minimum from the following Indian universities: University of Mumbai, University of Delhi, University of Pune, Jadavpur University or University of Calcutta
