I'm sorry, but your CMAT percentile is too low to secure admission in this institute. Questions asked in the personal interview is anyone's guess. If you are looking for a list of standard interview questions you should be able to procure those from online web sites, or stores (Books on interview questions). Other than that, they may ask you anything related to the course you are undertaking, your understanding of the subject, etc.

Dear Nisarg,
Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management (AIIM) is a pioneering institute in the country that exclusively focuses on training, research and education in the field of infrastructure; with a vision to create and nurture right talent that can meet needs and aspirations of the infrastructure industry.
PGDM (Infrastructure Management) - a carefully crafted course curriculum by acclaimed academicians and distinguished industry stalwarts - gives an in-depth exposure to various verticals such as, but not limited to, roads and bridges, ports, urban infrastructure, railways, airports, oil & gas, mines and minerals, power, renewable energy, manufacturing facilities, social infrastructure, etc.
The program, spread across 2 years and delivered through an internationally-recognized pedagogical-mix, attracts applications from participants with diverse backgrounds (Pan-India applicants with engineering background in disciplines such as civil, electrical, IT, mechanical, computer science, etc. as well as non-engineering disciplines such as commerce, humanities, liberal sciences, etc. A typical batch profile on campus consists of 50% candidates with work experience from 2 to 8 years).
Successful completion of the program will open new doors to various career prospects in areas such as Government, PSUs, Infra Developers, EPC Companies, Consulting Companies, Asset & Fund management companies, Investment bankers, Private equity investors, Project executing agencies, etc.
I hope this clarifies your query.
