Allahabad University offers several scholarships to its students on the basis of the merit obtained in the NET exam. To know the details, refer to the below table:UGC Scholarship: Under this scholarship, candidates are shortlisted through the NET exam. CSIR scholarship: As the name suggests, this scholarship is awarded by CSIR. Candidates are shortlisted based on the marks scored in the NET exam (Science stream). Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship: Offered by the UGC, this scholarship is offered to applicants, who belong to SC/ ST category. D.Phil.: Allahabad University offers this scholarship to all students with an amount of INR 5,000. ICHR: ICHR offers this scholarship to students with an amount of INR 5,000 and INR 12,000 (contingency).  ICSSR: It is granted by the ICSSR to the selected students.  ICPR: This scholarship is awarded by the ICPR. Nuclear Science: The scholarship is offered by the Nuclear Science Department. Jawahar Bhawan Trust Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to students who are pursuing MA, MSc or MCom. The scholarship amount is INR 1,000. Dr Gorakh Prasad Memorial Scholarship: This scholarship offers INR 3,000 and is meant for students who are pursuing MA or MSc courses. Merit-Cum-Means Scholarships: Under this scholarship, the students are granted INR 5,000 to help with their finances.In addition, Allahabad University offers scholarships to students who belong to SC, ST and OBC categories through Samaj Kalyan Vibhag.

Followed by applications, students are required to go through the course-specific selection rounds. The Faculty of Law at Allahabad University is a top-ranked law college in India. It is ranked 401-450 in Asian University Rankings 2020. The college is approved by the UGC and the Bar Council of India. The college has a prestigious and renowned alumni network. Allahabad Degree College offers Degree courses including 23 UG and 18 PG courses. These programs are offerred in Full Time mode.
