Meghnad Saha Award is given to those meritorious students whonhave spent years on a significant research. The basic eligibility criteria to be able to get Meghnad Saha Award is that the student must be a regular research scholar. The candidate must have published a minimum of 02 UGC-CARE listed journals papers. For selection, all the nominations received will be duly screened and verified by the committee constituted by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor. Suitable nominations may be recommended to the Vice Chancellor for award.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the programme is 10+2 in relevant fields from a recognised board.  

From the third year you are eligible for placements onwards, companies like Infosys, Wipro etc. make many offers the highest package. I think the lowest is 2lakhs LPA. about 50%student get placements in BTech, my plan after getting the degree is to do Masters from this college.Internships usually depend upon each department and its faculty members. Sometimes students themselves get enrolled themselves in reputed companies for internships and training opportunities and sometimes department HOD themselves take the responsibilities and enroll the whole class for internships.Companies like Infosys Wipro are interested in internships and giving you higher packages, but it's not the best college for placement but good for placements, at least u get an UG degree and can prepare for GATE or IIT jam exams

The Allahabad University has a University Placement Cell (UPC) at the campus that handles all placement activities and events ensuring placements of large numbers of students at various organisations with good packages. Allahabad University Placement Cell provides training that includes soft skills that helps the students develop  personality through personality development programmes, various other workshops and active engagements.The median package offered to fashion design and technology students was INR 4.80 LPA and INR 5.60 LPA during Allahabad University placement.

No, Hostel accommodation is not compulsory at Allahabad State University. However, the university offers hostel facilities to its students. The admission to the hostel is made out of the merit lists. The hostel requirements at Allahabad State University can vary depending on the specific circumstances such as the program of study. The university has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel facilities provided by the university are managed by the Hostel Management Division. The hostel accommodation is provided with the understanding that the resident student will strictly abide by the hostel rules currently in force or as may be enforced from time to time. The university administration may refuse accommodation to any student who is known to have grossly violated the hostel rules or whose presence is likely to disturb the peace and tranquility of the hostel.

There are many courses available in the  Allahabad State University. There are arts, technology, commerce and other courses too.so, among them, the best course according to my opinion is Technology  beause the placements are great compared to other courses.It is just based on package, but if you have other interest then it's better to choose on your individual interest.

You can follow a good book to prepare for CUET.A minimum preparation of 6 months is required to score a good CUET score.Follow one good book and prepare with regularity. CUET score also give you acess to many good universities and the score is also accepted by other private universities and colleges.
