In Bangalore you should give first preference to Christ University for BBA, if not you can consider Alliance University. There are many Bangalore University affiliated colleges, also Mount Carmel (only for girls) (Autonomous), St Josephs, Kristu Jayanti, Presidency, etc. But still Alliance is on the path of success and gaining market value. This is the best university in India for BBA, the teachers are so good that you would learn everything in three years and there is no need to do MBA too, until you need an additional certificate. I accept that the college is located in a village, but Anekal is slowly developing. The environment around the college is so good, that you should not have a second thought of joining here.

Alliance College of Engineering and Design has been really unpredictable in terms of the performance in placements every year.
Although the number of companies including the IT companies and core ones that are willing to recruit computer science students from the college remain the same, which are:
Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, HSBC, TCS, HCL, Technologies Honeywell, Akamai Technologies, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, AIG Group and Axis Bank.
You can expect a placement of around 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA, the reason for such a large range is because to placement depends on the performance of the college in that year.
Also, the minimum placement package for computer science students for the year 2017 was around 2.5 LPA.
The highest placement package for the branch was around 15 LPA for the year 2016 and is expected to increase in the coming years.
Hence I would recommend one to join the college based on the faculty present in the department at the time of the admission.

All campuses will invite good companies which offer good packages. They will provide placement training for that company. REVA is better than ACED. REVA is always focusing on practical education as compared to theoretical one. I would prescribe you to go to REVA.
REVA is, in reality, superior to ACED, however, just as far as scholastics and situations are concerned.

Christ University and ACED Bangalore are the best college but I think Christ University is the best option for civil engineering. For getting into Alliance University you'll have to clear AUMAT which can prepared for by focusing on general aptitude, english, numericals and logical reasoning. Make sure you are up to date with the current affairs too.
For pursuing IB you'll have to take specialization in your 5th semester which will let you continue your studies in the same line.
