A:
{Source: B.A. students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's what stands out:

Pros:

* Good infrastructure and facilities, including Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art laboratories, and libraries
* Helpful and qualified teachers, with some exceptions
* Relevant course curriculum, making students industry-ready
* Opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities, events, and fests
* Good campus atmosphere and surroundings

Cons:

* Limited placements and internship opportunities for B.A. students (only 30% of students got placed)
* No industry exposure or practical classes, making it challenging for students to apply theoretical knowledge
* Time management and administrative issues, leading to delays and inconvenience
* Quality of food in hostels leaves much to be desired

Overall Assessment:
While Amity University Kolkata has impressive infrastructure and faculty, the lack of placements and internship opportunities for B.A. students raises concerns. Additionally, the limited practical application of theoretical knowledge and logistical issues may impact the overall learning experience. However, the campus atmosphere and surroundings seem pleasant, and the university offers good facilities and resources.

Ultimately, whether or not the B.A. programme at Amity University Kolkata is worth the investment depends on individual goals and priorities. Recommendations:

* Research alternative programs offering stronger industry connections and practical training
* Evaluate the university's career services and internship opportunities before committing
* Consider factors beyond academics, such as campus culture and location, when deciding on a program

College is good for those who want to waste their parents' money.
Placements: During the internship break, the college didn't assist any students with getting internships. Plus when I asked for a simple NOC certificate to do an internship during the internship break, they talked about so many formalities that I lost the opportunity.
Infrastructure: Facilities of the college are good. The classrooms are modern and the washrooms are clean. The library is also good but there is no playground and there isn't a lot to do in college. The canteen is good and the food is cheap, still was expecting more. However, there is no playground and that is the worst. The seats are good and the benches are also good. Plus there are air-conditioners in classrooms which is a bonus.
Faculty: Faculty is more or less good, but not the best. But the faculty isn't the most helpful or patient with students. They are also biased towards those with contacts. Learnings related to the real world don't exist and a few teachers just waste time. Exams were easy but in one exam, they gave out of syllabus questions but didn't even talk to the students once to hear them out and kept conveniently avoiding the students.
Other: Fresher's event was not held and honestly many of us were looking forward to it. The campus crowd is okay, not the brightest students. Connectivity is the worst, the university is on the outskirts of the city. Plus in the case of courses like law where practical knowledge is more important than classroom knowledge, forcing us to go to college daily is bad. Surroundings don't exist and nearby there are only fields. There are shops all around the college though and students can hang out in the coffee house as well. But except that, nothing much to do.
