Admissions for the Ph.D. programme are entrance-based. Amity University, Raipur conducts an entrance test. However, candidates who have cleared an All India National Level Competitive Examination like NET of UGC / CSIR / ICAR (ASRB) / GPAT / ICMR / GATE / DST - INSPIRE within the last 2 years from the time of applying for Ph.D. at Amity, shall be exempted from the written test of the Ph.D. The selection process is on the basis of the documents uploaded by them with the application form. Candidates will have to apply online mode only.

The eligibility is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or ISAT. Creation of well-trained and dedicated professionals in the legal framework. Some unique features/highlights worth mentioning about the School of Law, LPU :
