In BANGALORE you will get EEE and EIE. If luck is on your side you may also get mechanical but chances are low. In AMRITAPURI you will get MECHANICAL and EEE. In Coimbatore you will get chemical engineering and some other branches (except CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, mechanical)
In Coimbatore you may get civil engineering also. My personal advice is join choose engineering branch that you want rather than choosing campus ( because three campuses have their own pros and cons)

The minimum eligibility to join for MBA in India is an undergraduate degree with 50% marks from any recognized university and candidate should have secure good percentile in CAT, MAT, CMAT and XAT or admission seeking institutes entrance test( LPUNEST, SRMJEEM). So as considering your mark, you won't be able to join for MBA, if you can improve the marks more than 50% then you will be eligible.

Bangalore: Max 12 or 13
Kollam and Chennai : Goes until 17 K

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering AEEE to offer admissions to candidates in the institutes four-year B.Tech degree programme, and 70% of the available seats are reserved for candidates with AEEE ranks. The cutoff for AEEE varies every year, and on the basis of previous year's trends, the cutoff for Mechanical Engineering branch at the Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore Campus for open quota was around 3200 and 17300 for state quota. Since you got an 18000 rank in AEEE you may have some chance to get admission into Amrita Coimbatore in the state quota for the mechanical branch. Although you will easily get an Aerospace Engineering branch as its cutoff rank is usually above 19,000 rank.
