There are many B - Schools in India which are providing MBA / PGDM / PGDHRM courses in Human Resources. Choosing the right B - School involves a lot of parameters (location, fees, placements etc) to be taken under consideration which may vary as per your own need.
If I specifically talk about the MBA (HRD) courses (not the PGDM / PGDHRM ones), you must look out for the MBA (HRD) programme at Delhi School of Economics (University of Delhi).
Location - Situated at the National Capital, New Delhi, Delhi School of Economics has a geographical advantage over many other B Schools having an MBA (HRD) programme.
Fees - The entire course (2 years) fees is only INR 36k (approx.)
Placement figures (2015 - 17) - Average CTC of INR 8.4 lakhs which makes for a mind boggling Return on Investment on the course fees.
Further talking about the course, previously known as MHROD and now called MBA (HRD), its a two decade old course which holds a very high reputation in the industry.
Also, in these many years, DSE has produced some highly noted HR professionals who have proven themselves across the globe.
Some of the prominent recruiters hiring from the campus include Deloitte, Reliance Industries, Genpact, Infoedge, Amazon, Infosys, Tata Power, Godrej, etc.

• Hi, Andhra University being a government university has a better standing when compared to Gitam University. But yes, Gitam University also has got quite a lot of positives, major one being good faculty members and administration.
