MIT Chennai cut off is the TNEA cutoff ranks that candidates must secure for admission in the institute. MIT (Madras Institute of Technology) Chennai cut off is declared in the form of opening and closing ranks for various categories. For admission to various B.Tech courses in the institute, candidates have to fill and submit TNEA application form and appear for counselling. MIT Chennai Cut off 2020
MIT Chennai 2020 cut off 2020 will be released after the declaration of TNEA rank list. The authorities will release MIT Chennai Cut off after each round of TNEA counselling separately. You can apply online through the web portals once they are made available.
Selection is mainly through single-window counselling system based on your High school (i.e. 12th or junior college according to your state) marks, when studying under class 10+2 system in India. They see your PCM mark aggregate (generally called CUT-OFF mark in TN) out of 100.

Hi Ahmed,
There are no entrance exams for Anna University. The admissions are purely based on merit, and they give more importance to category.
The online applications are available at www.annauniv.edu and click TNEA 2017.
The last date is May 31, and the counselling starts from June 27.
You must have at least 95% marks to get Anna University, Guindy Campus (main campus)
And, your category also matters a lot.
First, SC/ST, sports quota and then BC, MBC, general (OC) may be the order in which they call for counselling.

B.E./B.Tech. Biotechnology course is all about using concepts of Biology for tweaking and modifying biological systems, cell structures, biological processes etc so that they can be used in Engineering and Technology related applications to improve and enrich various sectors such as healthcare, Food processing, Agriculture, pharmaceuticals etc and solve problems arising in these sectors.
Biotechnology is a rapidly developing field. Many private businesses are exploring this field and heavily investing in it. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for B.E./B.Tech. Biotechnology Graduates in private sector. Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does. Average starting salary is generally between 2.5 to 5 Lakh Rupees per year.
Some prominent industries where Biotechnology professionals may find jobs are- Pharmaceuticals Industry, Healthcare sector, Chemical Industry, Agriculture sector, Food Processing and Technology as well as Research sector. Graduates may also take up teaching job (as lecturer) after completing M.E./M.Tech. program.
Further B.Tech Biotechnology is the best if done from an reputed Engineering college.
