My dear candidate, No, you cannot study overseas with an Annamalai University distance learning degree. In recent news, the UGC ruled that Annamalai University's ODL degrees are all null and void. On March 25, the UGC published a notice stating that Annamalai University did not previously receive authorisation from the UGC to conduct any open or remote learning courses. The UGC continued by advising students not to enrol in the ODL courses offered by Annamalai University. The statement that regular and distant mode degrees cannot be compared is largely accurate.

Diploma In Dance is an intensive dance course that focuses on five key areas, namely dance technique, contextual research, dance practice, teaching skills, and choreography. The duration of diploma dance courses is generally from 6 months to 3 year. The main purpose of exposing this kind of diploma courses in dance is to help students or rising artists to exhibit and show their artistic talent to the world.
Students who have basic dancing skills and have passed the 10+2 examination are eligible to apply for the Diploma In Dancing course. The general eligibility requirements for the course is that aspirants must pass 10+2 with minimum 45% marks and may know how to write and speak in English. As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.
The students must have a graduate degree from a recognized university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern with the main subject in Part III, namely Tamil (B.A., B.Lit.), English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology, History, and Geography are required to be eligible for admission.
Students with post graduation qualification in Economics, Commerce and Home Science are also eligible for the programme.
Students who have studied cross major subjects in postgraduate level are not allowed for admission.
Students who have secured a direct UG & PG degree are also not eligible for admission.
