Majority of the colleges and universities look for a regular degree to apply for assistant professor. You need to check the requirement of the college/university where you wish to apply if they would consider your distance learning degrees.

You need to have minimum 50% and for this you need to apply online and thereafter, you will be called for personal interview and then the final selection is done.

You can do BBA but I would recommend you that you should do it from Madras University as it has more value than Annamalai university and as both Annamalai and Madras University will offer you distance education degree but I doubt about the age
