If I were in your shoes I would have definitely gone for BHU because of how esteemed and prestigious that college is and also the placement record is pretty nice.

IIT BHU is seperate institution from BHU. It follows guidelines circulated by IITs
Whereas BHU follows UGC curriculum
That make difference between them.
