 I would Suggest BHU as it is a very reputed university. M.Sc. Chemistry is also better in BHU. Placements are equally god in NHU.

Hi, GIS course is a technical and scientific course, to be eligible for it you need to have a graduation degree in BSc, BE or Btech. I don't think you will be be eligible for this by doing geography honours

Keep pace with the counselling process . You should be able to secure the seat as far as i can guess. it is always good to not losse hope till the end. you never know when luck turns good to you

Yes, you should take admission in MBA on paid seat, honestly it doesn't matter whether you're from regular seat or the paid one. Overall, IM-BHU is far better than MNNIT don't keep fee as a barrier, choose that.
