No, for getting admitted to Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, you have to appear for the CAT exam. If you clear the cutoff of merit list you are through for the further process of admission in MBA.
However, there is another way of getting a MBA degree but that will be done from a different faculty, i.e. Faculty of Commerce but the degree from Institute of Management Studies is valued much higher.

As students or law aspirants, one wants to read everything that is there and score good grades but that's one things which is a deal breaker.
