The minimum course credit requirement for PhD shall be 10 credits (four research methodology + six others aligned to research plan) for M.Tech qualified candidates. The course work should be done preferably within one semester or maximum two semesters. The credits requirements for students having MSc or equivalent qualification shall be 13 credits (four research methodology + nine others aligned to research plan).The minimum overall CGPA requirement in course work shall be 7.5 on a 10 point scale for student to be accepted as scholar for PhD degree. If the CGPA of any student is below 7.00, at the end of any semester, his registration will be terminated with immediate effect.
