No, Anyone can't join Behrampur University directly. There are eligibility criteria and particular procedure for admission in different courses at Behrampur University. 

i) Admission in UG courses are based on merits so for admission in UG courses you should have good marks in 12th exam or equivalent exams.

ii) For admission in PG courses you have done your Graduation with at least 50% aggregate marks and have good rank in OJEE , CPET and GAT-B.

Berhampur University admissions are a multi-step procedure. It begins with the release of the application form. Admission to most of the university PG programmes is entrance-based. STEP 1: Eligible students can apply for the desired course by completing the application process.
