Both Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture and the College of Architecture have their own unique strengths and offerings. It's important to consider factors such as the curriculum, faculty, facilities, industry connections, and alumni network when comparing the two. I recommend researching and visiting both colleges, if possible, to get a better sense of their environment and offerings. That way, you can make an informed decision based on your personal preferences and goals. To get more information about the M.Arch programme at Dr. D. Y. The cutoffs for every year is subjective to change. But, there is a possibility of getting into RGIITB with a 65 percentile in BVP CET.
