There are no lateral entry admissions at BITS Pilani. You need to appear for BITSAT again in the next year if you want to secure a seat there for any course.

The thing with M.Sc degree is that, after first year you also have an option to opt for a dual degree i.e. pursue BE in any of the course you like, although that depends on your CGPA after the first year.
The duration of such integrated dual degrees is 5 years.
However, you can also continue with your only M.Sc degree for 4 years.
The advantage of dual degree is that you can continue your love for pure Sciences as well as gain a BE degree also with one additional year.
Some of the duals like CS + maths or CS+ bio or M.Sc Economics will provide you an additional advantage for your job profile.
