Hello Sandesh,
Students who are doing M.Tech are given stipend during the study period. Both these institutions give scholarships also but normally for advertising purpose rather than any meaningful programme. Don't count on it.

Marks eligibility criteria at BITS is as follows: "The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects". Therefore if you do not get 75% marks in PCM you will not be eligible for seeking admission in any of BITS University colleges.

There is bit difference in fee structure of these 3 campuses. BITS – Pilani has higher fee in comparison with other 2.

"To be eligible for admission under the 'Direct admission to Board toppers' scheme, the candidate should be the topper from the science stream having taken physics, chemistry, mathematics subjects in 12th. To identify the topper, the following criteria is adopted.
The topper is the student who fulfills the following criteria:
a) has taken physics, chemistry, and mathematics subjects in 12th class examination and
b) has obtained the highest aggregate percentage of marks in 12th class among all the students who have taken physics, chemistry, and mathematics subjects in 2016 from the board. For the purpose of calculating, the aggregate percentage, the aggregate marks should include the marks of physics, chemistry, and mathematics subjects in addition to other subjects which are required to pass the 12th class examination from the board under consideration. Further, the physics, chemistry, mathematics subject marks should be included in the aggregate, irrespective of whether the physics, chemistry, and mathematics subjects are identified as main/ optional/ elective in his mark sheet(s)".

Hello Mani,
You have reasonable marks in JEE Mains and BITs entrance. Unfortunately, score in BITs is not taken by another institute. For these you have to apply using JEE Mains score only.
